  • When I was in college, we had a Dante party in the campus center. The upstairs was all airy and ethereal in silvery-blue light and featured technopop. The downstairs had red light, death metal, and a pool table (and mailboxes, but that's not important right now). The staircase was purgatory. I forget if it had any music, but it did have a lot of folks standing around smoking and making out.

    Which makes me think... Palooka's probably right.
